step1:
                open your report and and press CTRL+A then all the matter will be selected

step2:     for the page aliment and border aliment  open page setup pop up menu then u will get the screen like this
   
 step3: then click on the marked position then u will get the below screen
                     and then make changes as below screen




make changes for top and bottom as 1.2 and left as 1.6and right as .6 and then press OK

and then for the paragraph make Press CTRL+A and right click on it and select paragraph on it
as below



and u will get the space alinment of the text as below





select double spacing as in the red marked  area
